Per my primary doctor's recommendation, I made an appointment with Dr. Andy Y. Huang. I had tons of results in my hand and thought I wouldn't understand most of the medical terms. In short, I was nervous. But thanks to Dr. Andy Huang as he simplified the complexity by well-reasoned examples and logical facts. He took the time to fully explain the situation and give further instructions accordingly. For that, I'm grateful.
Hospital was filthy and the staff were carefree. The bathroom was covered in blood. How unsanitary! Doctors sat around and socialized at the physician's station and rarely tended to patients. It seemed as if they only had residents making rounds and the seasoned doctors talked and surfed the web. I wouldn't recommend Methodist to my worst enemy. They don't care about their patients! If I wanted to wait for hours to see a doctor, I would've just gone to my primary care. The hospital is poorly run and I wouldn't be surprised if in the near future they go out of business like Long Island Hospital did. If you are going to have that many doctors covering the emergency room, then they should all be working and not just sitting around wiggling their thumbs. Shame on you! Despicable service!

I couldn’t be more thankful with every one in this hospital. The ER team was very professional and the ICU crew was super kind and attentive. It was good to see how They treat every patient with professionalism and care.
All doctors are great . They are master in their zone. Their treatment is also nice.Their communication with their patients is positive and they handle the situation very well
One of the worst experiences. Waited 7 hrs just to be seen by someone in the labor and delivery department! Once I was seen by triage I then had to wait an additional 5 hours to get a bed. Once admitted 2-3 hrs would go by without a nurse or dr to come check on me. All this while being a high risk pregnancy. I will NEVER come back, and wouldn’t suggest it to anyone!!
